Most inbound projects are not ready for financing. We evaluate if the project is ready to advance or where more progress is needed. That is the filter. What passes phase-one diligence is referred to the top developers, power groups, operators, and financing partners in the industry — including partners with direct Tier-1 NVIDIA allocation and paths to hyperscale offtakes.
We look at interconnection and behind-the-meter options, entitlements, fiber, water, scale, jurisdiction, land control, and whether there is a path to offtake: a tenant, an operator, or contracted demand.
Our focus is on data centers, powered land, powered shells, compute, energy infrastructure, BTM generation, gas infrastructure, nuclear energy and long-term energy contracts.
